Half-Day Rental: Enjoy up to 4 hours of fun. Ideal for shorter events or when time is limited.

    •    Full-Day Rental: Extend the excitement with up to 8 hours of rental time. Perfect for all-day celebrations.

​ •    Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event can apply the deposit to a future booking.

    •    Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will forfeit the deposit.

    •    Rescheduling due to weather is allowed if discussed 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability.

• The Lexington Party Depot does not offer refunds due to inclement weather. Once the equipment is on site, the full rental fee is earned. 

• We reserve the right to cancel or delay a delivery if conditions are deemed unsafe, in which case a rain check or credit may be issued at management's discretion.  

Safety is our top priority 

If high winds, rain or severe weather are forecasted, The Lexington Party Depot reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or adjust the setup for safety.

•   Refunds or credits may be offered if cancellations are due to unsafe weather conditions.​

• Once Equipment is delivered and signed for, the Renter assumes full responsibility for monitoring local weather conditions. In the event of 15 mph, heavy rain, or lightning, the Renter is responsible for the immediate safety of the equipment.

 •    Clear, flat surface free of debris, pet waste, rocks, or sharp objects is required.

    •    Surface types: Grass, Concrete, Asphalt, Indoor Flooring.

    •    If setup requires special accommodations (such as sandbags for hard surfaces), advance notice must be given.

• By providing your payment information and signing this contract, you authorize The Lexington Party Depot to charge the card on file for any outstanding balances, including a mandatory Late Payment Fee of $100 if the balance is not settled manually by end of day. 

• ​Renter is solely responsible for obtaining all necessary permits

• Renters must disclose the setup surface (grass, concrete, asphalt) at the time of booking. Setup on concrete requires specialized heavy weight assistance. If a surface is not disclosed and proper anchoring cannot be achieved safely, the equipment will not be set up and no refund will be issued.

• Full payment for all rentals and services  is due strictly upon arrival at the event location. Equipment will not be unloaded, set up, or operated until the remaining balance is settled in full.

•    Adult supervision is required at all times during use.

    •    No food, drinks, sharp objects, or pets allowed inside bounce houses or on the 360 Photo Booth platform.

    •    No flips, roughhousing, or horseplay inside inflatables.

• Maximum weight must be adhered to.

  Please allow 1 hour before your event for setup and 30 minutes after for takedown.

    •    Delivery fees may apply based on distance outside of Lexington, KY.

    •    Units must be plugged into a grounded outlet within 100 feet of setup location (unless a generator is rented)

• Standard pickups occur the following day. Any request for a same day or immediate pick up not scheduled at the time of booking will incur a rush fee, subject to driver availability.. .

    •    Renter is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.

    •    Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety guidelines will result in additional charges.

    •    The Lexington Party Depot is fully insured but not liable for injuries due to misuse or failure to follow provided rules.

• ​​Equipment left unattended after the event concludes remains the responsibility of renter until a company representative confirms possession. Any unauthorized removal of equipment will be responsible for full replacement cost.
